Model 1
Model 1 — Hire
Permanent and contract placement onto your payroll
You need a Nokia FlowOne specialist on your team permanently, or a contract engineer for a defined project on your own payroll. We find them, verify them, and present them. You interview, select, and hire. The engineer is yours from day one.
How the fee works
15% of the engineer's first year annual salary — or the annualised value of a contract rate. Invoiced on the engineer's first working day. Due within 30 days.
Example: FlowOne architect at €90,000/year → €13,500 placement fee.
Example: Ericsson OSM engineer at €70,000/year → €10,500 placement fee.
What Acots does
- Sources candidates via verified bench, LinkedIn campaigns, and network
- Conducts 5-step technical verification (platform-specific screen, reference check)
- Presents 2–3 shortlisted candidates with full CVs and reference contacts
- Coordinates interview scheduling
- Manages offer communication if requested
What the client does
- Interviews candidates
- Makes the hiring decision
- Onboards engineer onto own payroll and systems
- Pays Acots fee within 30 days of start date
Guarantee
If the engineer exits within 90 days of start date for any reason, Acots will find a replacement at no additional fee. One free replacement per placement. No cash refund — replacement only.
Model 2
Model 2 — Deploy
Engineer employed by Acots, working for you
You need an engineer — or a team — without the headcount commitment. We employ them, manage them, and deliver them to your project. You see exactly what the engineer earns. You pay that salary plus a custom management fee we calculate for every engagement. No flat rate. No guessing. A fee that reflects what we actually do.
How the fee works
Two components. One invoice. Component 1 — Engineer salary Salary figures agreed upfront. You know exactly what the engineer earns. No hidden markup on salary. Component 2 — Management fee Calculated custom for every project based on: · Coordination complexity (single engineer vs multi-team programme) · Delivery model (remote / your office / our office / on-site) · Project phase (active build vs BAU support) · Infrastructure costs (coworking desk, tools, compliance)
Minimum management fees
(Never go below these floors.)
- Single engineer, remote, BAU support: ₹25,000/month
- Single engineer, on-site or active project: ₹45,000/month
- 2–4 engineer team: ₹80,000/month
- 5+ engineer programme: ₹1.5L/month + custom
Delivery options
Option A — Remote
Engineer works from home or our India office. Guaranteed timezone overlap with your team. Shared project tooling. Weekly check-ins. Fastest to deploy — 7 to 14 days.
Option B — Coworking / Acots office
Engineer works from our managed delivery space or a coworking location (WeWork, Awfis, or similar). Dedicated desk, secure environment, daily oversight by Acots operations manager. Desk cost passed through at cost plus 10% admin. 2 to 3 weeks to deploy.
Option C — On-site at client location
Engineer travels to and works at your office. London, Dubai, Amsterdam, Riyadh, Singapore. Acots manages all visa, travel, and logistics end to end. 4 to 8 weeks to deploy (visa processing is the variable).
